The ground floor Enterprise Centre supports 24 business units. To the right of the yard are meeting rooms hired by local groups as diverse as RCCG Church ,Weight Watchers and Silver Thread Clubs. To the rear of the building is the Kate Walsh House, used for senior citizens to socialise with their families and enjoy music, dancing and other activities.

The Community Centre is located on the first floor. This area is used from 8.30am until late at night for meetings, recreation, adult education, music lessons, playschools etc. Adult interest include writing groups, speech and drama, card games, bowls clubs etc.

Above on the second level is a sports centre with a 2000 sq. ft. gym, sauna, steam room and changing facilities. A 4000sq. ft . sports hall for a variety of indoor sports including basketball, badminton, football and occasionally serves as a function centre.
